Casa Jaimes in Port D’Addaia
Casa Jaimes is a 3 years old private villa set in a quiet road in a respected residential area, close to Puerto Luz and the Cala Moli. It is situated only 10 minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops and only 5 minutes drive to the fantastic beach of Arenal D’en Castell. Son Parc golf course being less than 10 minutes drive away.
The villa was designed personally for us to use as our own holiday home thus being well equipped, now available for holiday rental. The villa comprises of 1 master suite with an ensuite shower room and private terrace with views of the sea, further double room, twin room and a twin with bunk beds, 1 family bathroom. It has a spacious living room with dining area and a modern well-designed kitchen.
Outside the villa has off road parking, well established garden laid to lawn and a large 10-metre swimming pool. The garden is very private and fully enclosed being safe for children. There is a lovely covered terrace with BBQ for Al fresco dining.

Port D'Addaia
Port D'Addaia is a small tourist port, very tranquil with a little bar for drinks and snacks. You have direct access to a scenic coastal footpath making its way around the whole of Addaia connecting on the other side to a little inlet called Cala Moli with views over neighbouring Na Macaret. Here you will find a decked diving swimming area. The Port and Cala Moli are 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Commercial Area
All businesses are family orientated and respect the residential area. The commercial area is only 10 minutes walk from the villa.
- Restaurant Addaia – A Spanish flambé restaurant serving excellent food.
- Restaurant Bar Pins – An English restaurant serving very good food and evening entertainment.
- El Castillo - A Spanish bar serving excellent bar food etc.
- Corner Bar - An Irish late bar showing good entertainment for all the family, live music and quizzes etc
- Spar Supermarket - Open from 8am till 9pm not closing for siesta!
