Outside

• This villa is ideally set up for outside living boasting lots of terrace space housing various sun loungers and patio tables and chairs. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and cacti totally private with full height fencing giving you safety for young children. The swimming pool is brand new with a separate section for young children. There are for your children some floats, balls & a basketball net. The main attraction at this villa is your very own personal putting green. You can practice to your hearts content or just have fun with the children. There is off road parking for 2 cars and also parking on the road if required.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Air-conditioning / heating. French doors lead directly onto the pool area.
• Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Air-conditioning / heating.
• Bedroom 3 is spacious housing twin beds. Plenty of wardrobe space. Air-conditioning / heating.

• Bathroom 1 delightfully tiled and modern. It comprises of a fitted glazed power shower cubicle, full bath, sink with vanity unit and toilet.
• Bathroom 2 is the same configuration as bathroom 1.

Living Area

• The living area is spacious and open plan with vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan. It has a working open fireplace lovely in the cooler months making the seating area very cosy. It has a lovely navy blue suite with a dining table with seating for 6 people. For entertainment you have a flat screen TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, video recorder.

Sports/children’s lounge

• A separate lounge with direct access to the outside is fantastic for the kids and adults alike. It has comfy sofas to relax whilst you play on the Playstation 2. It has a large screen TV with DVD player and video recorder with various films, books and video games. There are also plenty of board games and puzzles for children.

Kitchen

• The kitchen is shaker style and fully equipped with quality appliances. It has a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, large fridge and lots of cupboard space. Lots of crockery, glassware and utensils.

Utility Room

• A separate room housing the washer/drier and a separate freezer. Ironing board and iron and cleaning equipment

Son Parc

Son Parc is a very up and coming resort, keeping residential status with excellent facilities. The villa is situated in the very quiet residential area. The amenities of Son Parc are as follows:

• Golf Course - 30,000m² full 18 hole par 70 golf course set in the pine forest. New holes recently designed by Dave Thomas., the ex Ryder Cup player who designed courses worldwide including the Belfry & San Roque on the Costa Del Sol. It is open 365 days per year and is very scenic and picturesque with resident peacocks and wild fowl roaming the course. There is also great practice facilities including a driving range with swingcam. Buggies and equipment can be hired at the club house.
• Beach - The beach has white soft sand and is very safe for young children as it is shallow for several metres. There are pedaloes, canoes, sunbeds and parasols for hire. There are free to use volleyball courts in the main season and a restaurant bar on the beach. The beach has lifeguards, red cross and public toilets.
